Staying at this beautiful Palazzo was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were of a very high quality and very quiet, but I wished for a better view. The service was exceptional, with efficient and welcoming staff who really try their very best to make you happy. The location is perfect, being just a few minutes away from the Rialto bridge and a lovely ten-minute walk to St Marks square. The dining experience was good with excellent options, though a fresh fruit salad was missing. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very big, beautiful, and clean, with lots of alcoves for seating and relaxing in gorgeous settings. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was just wonderful. However, it was a little noisy in the morning, which was a minor inconvenience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was comfortable and with a view of the canal, which was absolutely beautiful. For the money you pay to be in a suite, it was worth every penny. The service was not merely well trained but extremely professional and friendly; they were amazing, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was average, and the extras like the use of the jacuzzi and laundry were very expensive given the already high tariff. The facilities were top-notch with excellent amenities.
